| — a full pay or a 50% downpayment is required to secure a design slot. (NO PAYMENT = NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/PROGRESS) |
| — any remaining balance should be fully paid first in order to receive the final output. |
| — all payments once sent are non-refundable. |
| — strictly NO CANCELLATION once payment is sent. |
| — late payments will not be entertained, ₱50 will be charged for EACH DAY missed |

| — the defult creation process can take from 3 to 7 days (may exceed depending on the difficulty & quantity of the design/s) |
| — RUSH COMMISSIONS will have added fees (designs are needed WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER INQUIRING is considered rush REGARD-LESS how EASY or DIFFICULT the comms will be). |
| — MAJOR REVISIONS will have additional fees. [e.g. change of color palette, long texts & just overall design elements.] |
| — MINOR REVISIONS are ONLY FREE within 24 hours AFTER final design is sent, any revisions done beyond that time frame will have a revision fee charged. |
| — the creator is allowed to publicly post the finished designs on her account for portfolio purposes. (kindly inform me if you prefer me not to) |
